Refunds are handled for purchases made through Pausebar's official checkout. If you purchased through another marketplace in the future, that marketplace's refund process may apply.

Pausebar offers a 7-day free trial with the full app unlocked. The trial is intended to give you enough time to test the reminders, Smart Pause behavior, settings, and license flow before paying.
Refund window
If you are not satisfied after purchasing, email support within 14 days of the purchase date and request a refund.
Refunds are normally sent back to the original payment method through the payment provider. Bank and card processing times vary.
How to request a refund
Email support@pausebar.app from the purchase email when possible. Include your order email, approximate purchase date, and whether you want help fixing an issue before the refund is processed.
Request a refundOne-time purchase
Pausebar is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — there is nothing to cancel and no renewal charge to watch for. A refund within the 14-day window simply ends the license.
Exceptions
Refunds may be declined for requests outside the refund window, duplicate or abusive requests, purchases that cannot be verified, or cases where a third-party marketplace controls the transaction.
